We are a firm dedicated to providing complete services in Geotechnical Engineering, Geo-Environmental Evaluations, Construction Inspections, and Building  Diagnostics.

Soil & Materials Engineering Inc. is a geotechnical engineering and geo-environmental firm. Since 1992 we have provided quality service to numerous clients and firms in Windsor and Southwestern Ontario.

In order to serve the growing needs of our clients, the n Southfield, Michigan, USA of C.T. Soil & Materials Engineering Inc. was opened  in October 1997.

C.T. Soil & Materials Testing Inc. was established to provide construction materials inspection and testing as well as soil sampling services.

The C.T. Soil Group of Companies operates on the concept of a full cycle engineering inspections and evaluation company.  Our focus spans from the soil-foundation interaction through subsequent building construction and ultimately to  the structure rehabilitation.  This is a service convenience to developers, owners, architects and engineers.
